Teardown
Modules separated in sequence. Every part bagged, tagged and routed to its own inspection path.
Inspect
Visual, dimensional and non destructive inspection against manual limits. Findings photographed and recorded as they are made.
Report
A costed workscope before work begins. You approve the scope, not an invoice after the fact.
Repair
Repair or replace to the approved scope. Every incoming part carries its own trace back to source.
Assemble
Rebuilt to manual torque and clearance values, each stage signed off before the next begins.
Certify
Tested, documented and released with a complete record pack that follows the engine for the rest of its life.
